Services

Vivid Opal Lab LLC ("VividOpal" or "the Company") provides digital brand management services to independent content creators. Services include account management, content post-production, audience engagement, promotional strategy, and financial settlement.

The Company operates strictly as an independent contractor and does not establish any employment or fiduciary relationship with creators. All creators are engaged under separate Independent Contractor Agreements.

Commission & Payment

VividOpal operates on a performance-based commission model. No upfront fees, registration fees, or advance payments are charged under any circumstances.

Commission rates are structured on a tiered basis that improves in favour of the creator over time, as outlined in each individual contractor agreement. All payments are processed via secure financial channels and settled monthly to the creator's designated bank account.

Creator Autonomy

Creators retain full creative autonomy over their personal content within agreed guidelines. VividOpal does not direct, coerce, or require specific creative acts beyond what is outlined in the monthly content brief and the creator's own signed declarations where applicable.

Creators may withdraw from any content activity at any time by providing written notice.

Intellectual Property

Stage names, creator codes, and associated brand assets developed under VividOpal management are the intellectual property of Vivid Opal Lab LLC. Platform accounts registered under VividOpal's corporate infrastructure remain under the Company's administration for the duration of the contractor agreement.

Creators retain personal ownership of their likeness and grant VividOpal an exclusive licence to publish and distribute content during the term of the agreement.

Age Verification & Compliance

VividOpal maintains full compliance with all applicable US federal record-keeping regulations. All creators must be verified as eighteen (18) years of age or older before any content is produced or published. Identity verification records are maintained securely in accordance with federal law.

Confidentiality

VividOpal maintains strict confidentiality of all creator identities, personal information, and operational frameworks. All data is processed within encrypted, access-controlled environments. Creators agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the Company's proprietary systems and workflows.

Limitation of Liability

VividOpal is not liable for platform policy changes, account suspensions, or income fluctuations resulting from creator content decisions or external platform actions beyond the Company's reasonable control. Total liability in any circumstance is limited to fees paid within the preceding six-month period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
