Regulatory Compliance

Vivid Opal Lab LLC ("the Company") maintains full compliance with applicable United States federal record-keeping regulations, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All digital media managed or distributed by Vivid Opal Lab LLC features exclusively individuals who were verified to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production. Age verification documentation is maintained in accordance with applicable federal law.

All records required under applicable federal regulations are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records at the following address:

Secondary Producer Status

Vivid Opal Lab LLC operates exclusively as a digital content management agency. The Company functions as a secondary producer as defined under 28 C.F.R. § 75.8, and maintains all required documentation for managed content creators in accordance with this classification.

Record Retention

All required records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of production, or five (5) years from the last date of distribution — whichever period is longer.

Records are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled environment and are available to authorised officials upon lawful request within seventy-two (72) hours.
